Long overdue (publicly) and certainly deserved (as always).

I’ve got two kids, a wife, full-time job, part-time jobS and I happen to run a Web site that I can never get away from … just ask anyone who knows me.

This “passion” has taken on a life of its own — MMAmania.com has exceeded my wildest expectations. With its growth our loyal readers have come to expect the latest up-to-the-minute updates.

I think WE do a pretty bang-up job regardless of the circumstances.

Long story short, Jesse Holland and DrubySunshine manned up this weekend and ensured that we didn’t miss a beat. I was not even remotely close to a phone, television or computer the last 16 hours and I relied on them to get shit done.

These guys came through in spades.

I’m a self-professed control freak. Jesse probably has some other choice adjectives … and he’s entitled to them, naturally. It’s more than likely well deserved.

I just think it’s pretty sick that two dudes step up to the plate and work together to help ME and OUR site when I’m totally “out of pocket.” Tonight was no different other than the fact that I finally was delirious enough to write a post about it.

Comments are turned off in large part because this is only meant for two people. What you think of them means nothing to me. I’ve got my own positive opinions and that’s all that matters.

It’s my site, dammit.

Well, not really. My partner does all the behind-the-scenes grunt work that I take for granted, keeping the site running and making pretty pictures and stuff. That’s kind of important.

Maybe I should say “Thanks” to him, too.

It is, after all, that time of the year.
