im a fan of both these fighters..Estman has good skills ,pretty good at everything not perfect at anything.plus he puts on a show.i watched both of these guys tapes for a while..marvin fights the exact way in every fight, hasnt improved. does he even have ko power? martin has been improving, has ko power and his wrestling is top notch which i think is gonna be a problem for eastman. i saw martin fight a jacked Homer moore who is twice the size and strengh than marvin and he made moore tap from punches after moore clearly broke Terrys jaw.im from chicago and its been flying around that terrys isin the gym all dayworking on his cardi. so it should be an interesting fight..
with that said Im pulling for Martin

After “the sandman” irvin KO’ed him and After Ranpage Jackson TKO’ed him I lost interest in watching these two fight. AND GREAT THEY ARE FIGHTING TOGETHER!!!WONDERFUL

Love him or Hate him, never mind his record, Eastman brings the fight everytime. He is a fighters fighter, not so much on the talent side, but his heart.

I have never been boared in a Beastman fight. Long way to fall though… Rampage straight to Martin. Ouch.

Sounds like an EXCELLENT match up. I know that the two of them are friends, but not butt buddies like the guys over at AKA, so I would think they’d put thier friendship aside to put on a show for the fans. Just think back to Pete Sell vs Scott Smith. Those two were good friends and look how that fight turned out!!!!

I really like Chris Leben, and I would be rooting for him for sure, even though I like Quarry as well. I met Nate way back at UFC 55, and he was really down to earth. Remember the ‘boxing coach’ from the first season of TUF? The two of them were chatting it up and I joined in on the conversation like nothing.

I can see Martin getting another push. This is still a weak division and he was on a 4 fight (not all UFC) win streak with consecutive 1st round knockouts. I am not a Martin fan, but he definitely got screwed by Leben’s infraction. Leben was about to go for the ride of his life and he grabbed the top of the cage. It was a genius move by Leben even though it cost him a point. The penalty for cheating was not as bad as the slam would have been, so he made out. I thought the fight would have been over if Martin had been able to slam him.

This fight should by any means NOT be on the main card, 2 fighters that are irrelevent, what’s the point, anything less than a KO will be a dissapointment.

Marvin Eastman should knock out Terry Martin if he brings his A game.

Some of us have seen Marvin at his full potential, and I believe that Terry Martin is just a complete joke when it comes to cardio, he will gas halfway through the first round. (see Leben fight)
