I never had the chance to meet Wanderlei but the seems like a down te earth guy, still hope Chuck jacks him.
Matter of fact I ran into Chuck and John Hackelman up in SLO and Chuck said that this is the most focused he has been for a fight since Tito. He had a different look, meaner! I think he’s ready.

Its nice because he can make you laugh one day, and kick your ass another. Also, his English keeps getting better, but I am surprised his son is having a more difficult time. Usually kids pick up on language faster.

As for MMA, I see Wandy rising right to the top of this division and taking several fighters out, via KO, along the way.

Best Wanderlei interview so far and his English is way better than the last time I heard it.

Silva and Liddell are no fav. fighters to me, I can’t think of Wanderlei losing this one though.

I think some people on here will have a rude awakening when they findout that Wandy isn’t going to just “charge Chuck and then Chuck will clock him”. Even if you watch the old Pride fights, he didn’t charge everyone just the ones who he knew had no decent stand up.

Do you all think that fighters can’t evolve?? I guess Wandy and Page should never fight again because Page will just get caught with knee strikes again. PLEASE! Rampage won’t lose again like that, count on it. Franklin losing to Anderson , now that is a different story. Wandy is not afraid of Chuck.

Wandy is a wildcard because we don’t know what he will look like now after quite a layoff. Chuck is Chuck, a sprawler and brawler. Wandy is much more well rounded and we will see it in 4 weeks. Just like Couture went through a rebirth after losing to Chuck twice, so will Wandy. Right it down!

Playing the role?? And what role would that be?? It was a stupid statement to say…and it makes him look like an ass. I guess just all ambulance drivers (EMT’s) or medics are white and they really wanted Taylor to lose his life….Rampage by all means is a great fighter but has no fucking clue when it comes to saying what is right and when to keep his mouth shut.

He needs to go to a hall of fame/class school such as Randy. Even when he got beat down by Chuck he never was an ass in the ring, or complained of anything…I’m just looking towards the day that a LHW that’ll but this loud mouth on his back, his head side ways and mouth piece hanging out.

I agree.. Much respect to wanderlei. Its not easy trying to learn English at his age. He is trying, and he is getting better. Imagine having to diet and not eat salt or sugar… I would F*ck somebody up. Hey at least he’s got taco bell.

Wanderlei is capable of fightiong under control. Last fight against hendo he was tentative at some points during the fight. Training with Randy..I really expect wandy to fight the SMARTEST fight of his life!

Wandy is one of my favorite fighters. You can’t even tell he has that killer instinct when he is interviewed, he is a gentleman and a very classy guy. I got mixed emotions about this fight because I really like him and chuck. Wandy has one of the most intimidating stare downs and most people won’t even make eye contact with him but I bet chuck does. God I can’t wait this is the best christmas present ever.
