Bisping should have got the win.
I thought it had the potential for a draw.. but i dont think Bisbing did enough for a win!

He needs to start letting those hands go, he looks real shakey on his feet these days
i put that mostly down to evans, he is quite possibly the most boring fighter i have ever seen in my life, when the hype blows over for him, he will be outa there so fast - good! pretty excited about silva though , force to be reckoned with !
Man, Tim Silvia is as, or more boring to watch then rashad ... not only is Tim a dumb fighter, he just stands there and leans against the cage. But agreed, that card was the biggest waste of time and money this year.

When are they going to be rid of Karo and his whiney ass and his pathetic excuses... Doesn't he know he's in the UFC? Great at throws, but they don't typically end fights unless you drop them on their heads (ala Matt Hughes) - Get a tooth Karo!

I realize you thought Spencer Fisher would win because of his experience, but have you actually watched Frankie Edgar's fights closely? The kid is an absolutely dominating wrestler, and we all saw that in his fight with Tyson Griffin. But watch him throw punches, too. He is very technical with his striking, which is unusual in a wrestler, much less a UFC fighter. Best of all, he doesn't run or turn away when he gets hit, like many fighters do.

I knew Frankie Edgar would destroy Fisher from the get go, and I was surprised so many people were betting against him. Edgar's the next big thing in the lightweight division. I bet he could even beat up Joe Stevenson. I'm not prepared to say he could beat BJ Penn, though.

Anyway, start watching this kid, I see tons of potential in him.

lol the best thing is.

i live in england which means that all ufc events are FREE!!!!!! :D

gota love it

it dont mata how crap a card is it is still worth watchin 4 free

bisping should of won i dont think niether 1 are borin fighters.
bisping is only boring against wrestlers but that is mainly the wrestlers fault! they make fights borin!!

but rashad has good power i like his hands and if he used his hands more (like in the fight with, lambert, salmon and imes) instead of relaying on his wrestlin skills whenever he isnt preformin well then he would be much better and worthy of the top 5

rashad - get your conditionin up!

bisping - get stuck in and stop throwin pethetic jabs!!

Evans/Bisping went exactly how everyone predicted.
Silva did a good job running away from Alexander and weathering the storm until he could get him on the ground and execute his skills on the weaker grappler.
Herman looked good KO'ing a bottom 20 MW.
Edgar showed that he's no fluke, Fisher showed he needs to watch more tapes of these new LW's and take them more seriously.
I knew the Parisyan would take the fight to the judges yet again.
I love Lytle's switch to an aggressive stance and bringing it to his opponent. He should have won that fight but the doctor seems to think very differently.
Gono and Lauzon executed some fast submissions, very nice.
Jesse Holland did a great piece, keep up the good work.
ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS WHERE THE HELL WAS THE REAL REF's?? I have nothing to say about the fights cause they all blew BIG TIME!!! I do want to say where the hell was Big John McCarthy and Steve Mazzagati and Mario Yamaski? Instead we got this nerdy dude and then a giant roided up ref who looked like he was about to EXPLODE out of his shirt and should have been in the ring fighting rather than lookin like a pussy reffing the fights. I was just ready for him to surprisingly bust out of his shirt and start fighting. Would have made UFC 78 10 X more interesting..lol.
I think the NJ Refs did a REALLY good job.. take the Alexander fight for instance... dude jumped to stop it... held back, Thiago hit two more SOLID shots and the ref stopped it. GREAT job standing fighters up the whole night... I was REALLY impressed (then again, they ref a lot of MMA fights, just not the UFC.)

Now the NJ Drs..... ewww
