if i had a open wound like this where i can see my inner organs (lungs etc) i would freak out…

just think how many bacteria can get in this big open wound…

this is scary

Wow you guys are so ignorant thats computer edited thats not real LOL just like the rihanna pics I am a medical technican he would have already been in the hospital this isnt a third world country before it even got to that point. You can tell its computer edited it looks digital where the holes are. Staph infections are no just big empty holes that are clean cut there dirty and usally bruised and bubbled its not a huge hole
