These action figures are disturbing to say the least. Since when are parents letting their children stay up past 10 PM these days to watch a little ground and pound before bed? I don’t understand the marketing demographic here. The concept of these action figures appears to be what some might label as “LAME”.

These action figure dont even compare to the Pride ones. Rampage’s pride action figure has the chain, his face is sporting his signature scowl, and he is holding up a yellow card because in Pride Rampage awarded the ref a yellow card.

All the pride action figures look identical to the fighters. They got Fedor, Cro cop, Sakuraba, Yoshida, Wanderlei, Rampage, Kevin Randleman’s looks identical. They are sometimes advertised inside of fightsport, tapout, fighter, and MMA worldwide magazines. Check them out, they are so much better then the UFC’s. I hear that they are hard to get. Personally I haven’t tried. but if you like the UFC’s you have to check out the Pride ones!

If Noguerra has an impressive win against Kongo, hopefully that will get Coutture to delay his retirement at least for 1 more fight. Noguerra is the only other fighter that makes sense for Randy to fight besides Fedor. If Noguera can win impressively, hopefully that will lure Randy out of retirement to defend his title one Last time. So the fans can say good bye to him and honor him the right way.

Just announcing his retirement on a Sunday or any other regular day, is not the proper way of retiring after the magnificent career that he has had. He needs to say this will be my last fight, so the UFC can Market it right, and so that after the fight his career can be celebrated in the Octagon in front of a sold out Las Vegas crowd.

He deserves a much better send off, then just announcing it on any old day!!!!!

These looks absolutely amazing. I’m an actual artist myself so I can see the detail and can tell that the final paint will simply destory the Pride dolls. Trust me, I have a few of them at my desk right.

I read somewhere that they are scheduled to release on the market for $16.99. Alot beter than the dollars for the Pride ones from Japan.

The question is…. what other ones are coming out !!!

was it a gamestop or ebgames or something? if so, don’t believe it. game release dates that you get from the publisher are horribly inaccurate, but they are far far better than the BS that a store employee will tell you. its a running gag that Babbages (parent company) throws darts at a dartboard to come up with the game release dates that they tell the customer.

These are prototype development shots. They have not been officially released. These were posted on Sherdog to get some feedback before finalizing the design.

They are only rough wax prototypes which is why they are that colour. The finals will be more polished, more detailed, and fully painted. Quinton will be sporting his signature chain, to compliment his signature howl. (not sure if the yellow card is really that “signature”)

Randy’s head was developed further to look more like him. The painted version looks very real it’s almost scary.

For the record, these are not action figures, they are “adult collectible figures with articulation” by definition of of the toy and hobby association, due to graphic nature of the sport. 13 YO not recommended for children.

tito vacated the title because him and Dana couldn’t agree on a new contract. So chuck fought Randy for the vacant title and won, and then Randy beat Tito to unify the title.

The paint process takes care of the skin, facial and head hair, eyes, gear(ie.shorts gloves), and sponsor logos.

The finished product will have 8 points of articulation, knees, waist, shoulders, wrists, and neck.

This style of sculpting is referred to as caricature, which is typified by exaggerated features and proportions. The realistic scale version is being developed for another series coming soon.

All fighters are involved in the design process and consulted for desired caricature features, likeness, and pose.

Bro, I live in China and have been for the past 2 years. I hate it when ppl make these generalized comments about something they know nothing about. Go to China and find out for yourself, it’s not as bad as what everyone makes it out to be. Granted, most ppl make about 400 Canadian a month here, but believe it or not, that’s enough to keep their stomachs full and a roof over their head. I know you’re just trying to be funny, but the truth is is that most employees don’t start working until 17 years old, the only kids I see working that are younger then this are the ones who are forced by their parents, to beg on the street corners.

Mike, don’t knock them til you try them! I bought my daughter a Joe Scarola doll, um, i mean action figure. She loves it. But she has to hold it all the time or it starts crying. I myself have a Gabe Ruediger (sp?) doll. It’s so lifelike! But it won’t fight til you make it lose weight and always falls down when i try to take it into the sauna.
