I think that Guida will hand him his first defeat in the UFC. Huerta is a pretty boy, who the ufc is using to crack into the ever-expanding Latino market. Whyelse would they give him all fights where his opponent is making his UFC debut? He is part of the marketing apparatus as Bisping was to spread the UFC into the UK. Personally I’d just like to see the best fighters, fight one another. Let’s see Huerta fight Frankie Edgar, and last past the first round.

wow this is gonna be an awesome fight, ive been enjoying the lights lately they are so very technical and fast and just damn exciting. i know how good guida is but i just think roger has all the tools to be champion. hes just gets better each time, and i havent seen anyone lately that he hasnt steamrolled. i believe weve seen guidas best already, and he has a problem with his temper which can alter performance in fights. also he looks a little sloppy sometimes or maybe a bit lazy, roger is always switched on and ready to go. roger is continuing to improve and knows how to finish a fight too, which guida has had trouble with. roger is the better striker and has a sound ground game. roger is 18-1 and still being called a prettyboy that says to me that hes good enough not to take any dammage to the face, that will be the decider. so in short huerta will finish the fight in the third or fourth tko or referee stoppage due to strikes. i like clay but roger is the future of the the lightweight division and i cant see him being stopped, well not by the carpenter…

So what does it mean then?

What do you got up there, scrambled eggs?

It will be one of the best fights this year, maybe even the best.

I’ve been into MMA since UFC1 and you seems to be since maybe UFC70 (or later).

Please explain to all of us what yiou are saying.

UFC 70 and 75 were also free. Putting a heavyweight main event(cro cop vs gonzaga) and a light heavywight title fight (rampage vs henderson) so if you dont like lightweights your getting yours too. Even though LW are the most exciting with WW a close second.

Just want to go on record that I see it as :Roger is going to win by TKO or doctor stoppage in the 2nd round due to elbow strikes. Guida is a great scrambler, but is very sloppy and does not have fight ending power. IMO He is going to get caught and cut. (not the popular opinion, I know)
