I'd like to see Miller back in the UFC. I've only seen him fight once, against GSP. He's a goofy dude that got his ass kicked and I laughed the whole fight. But he's a tough guy and the middleweight division could use him.
NOOOOOOOOOO, you just laughed when he made his entrance wearing the Hannibal Lector mask. Once the fight started, we were all impressed that he hung in there the whole fight. He literally got his ass kicked for about 14 and a half minutes, was bleeding perfusely everywere, and he still had a smile on his face!
I also laughed really hard when he tried to kick himself up off the mat and he got kicked back down!

He is a decent "B" level guy, at least we got more names to throw in the hat...and who knows what will happen...he has done good in the past...just not in the UFC.

even though it's not really a good fight or nothing i am at least glad that the ufc made the extra effort to give us 9 fights instead of 8. true that the prelims will all suck and i'll get my beer during their fights but anyways johnson will beat clementi all the way out of the ufc. you guys are making a point if ufc is paying mayhem and fihlo in wec they should move those guys into the ufc and drop some of the newbies or fighters that need a fresh start like scott smith for example.i am glad to see dave terrell back and with ryo chonan at least they are trying to adress the issue with the weak division.

How many chances does Rich get?
They give Mayhem, one chance in the UFC against a guy who ended up being the welterweight champion of the world, but yet it seems like no matter how many times Rich loses, he still will have a shot at the ufc.
Johnson, might be the next up and comer in this division. He has shown that he can strike. I see him being a smaller version of Houston Alexander.
I fully expect Clementi to get dominated and KO'd, as usual.

I love Jason Mayhem Miller. I recently listed by top 10 favorite fighters, and I had Miller right around #6 or 7. He is such a character. I LOVE everyone of his interviews. He is HIGHLY skilled, EXCELLENT chin, great BJJ, great Muay Thai, GSP couldn't finish him, he now fights at MW, the weakest division of the UFC, so why ain't he here. I actually just rewatched WEC debut fights, against Hiromitsu Miura. I love his style. I actually laughed out loud several times during the fight. During a fight, he knows when he has that 1 second to make people laugh. Fighting that Japanese fighter, he kept on doing these little karate kid hands movements....

I AM A MAYHEM MONKEY FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amen.

I am very glad that this has turned out to be a Mayhem Miller topic now! =p

Mayhem, might just be the nicest guy to his fanbase. Literally, this guy is extremely incredible, and actually has answered me back on his myspace..

I know we all want Mayhem and Paulo up to the UFC, but if the WEC did that, they would lose a fanbase as well, because they are trying to build their name up like the UFC, and losing two incredible stars like that would really hurt the buisness.

It was just a philosophical question, because it seems like Rich keeps getting chance after chance, but yet Mayhem got one, at UFC 52 in an incredible brawl with GSP (yes Mayhem got dominated, but he put up a fight and did not get finished.) Where is another TUF alum? Where is Chris Lytle? Shonie Carter, Edwin DeWees? Where are these fighters, heck, GET ROSS POINTON, I am sure he would drop weight to fight underneath such a short notice. I dunno, I like Rich, but his face is going to get ran over by a truck come next week.
Johnson looked great in his debut. Yeah it was on 14 seconds, but he really impressed me. I love his pre-fight trash talking too! I hope to see an early knock out again. He was injured and couldnt fight two weeks ago, but he's ready to go now? That's strange. Hopefully he trained.
I second that. Johnson has long arms and fast hands. If he can keep the fight off the ground he will crush Clementi.
