UFC 75 ReplayThe banner above says it all.

In case you missed UFC 75: “Champion vs. Champion” last weekend tomorrow is your chance to see what all the fuss is about.

Spike television network will re-air the special event Friday, September 14 at 9 p.m. ET.

Of course, the Michael Bisping split-decision win over Matt Hamill has received most — if not all — of the attention following the September 8 show from the O2 Arena in London, England.

But I will remind everyone again to focus on the Marcus Davis-Paul Taylor welterweight showdown, as well as the 205-pound unification bout between Rampage Jackson and Dan Henderson.

Those were two great fights that got lost in all the controversial brouhaha.

(NOTE: Spike TV will also feature a marathon of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 5 that begins at 9 a.m. ET on Saturday morning.)

nothing like a full weekend of MMA, got 75replay, TUF5 marathon all the PRIDE, IFL & BODOG that are on all hours of the day and night! i LOVE it! I have AT&T uverse digi-cable and i get every FSN so i get much PRIDE to watch! they just played Fedor v Hunt ~ man what a battle that was! Hunt had fedor in a deep hammer lock and just couldn’t finish then Fedor ends up on top and subs him with either a hammer or a americana? what a fight, seems to me that was the closest Fedors come to losing. But, man, did anyone see the look of calmness on Fedors face when Hunt had thathammer lock in? It looked like he was on the couch watching TV! I’d love to see Hunt in the UFC ~ the guy looks out of shape, but man is he quick and agile for a man of his size.

Jackson looked great this fight, none stop energy. Great fight. He’s hilarious in the post video walk through.

Rogan- How do you feel about your perormance?
Jackson - My knuckes hurt from hitting his head. I tried, but I couldn’t knock him out!

The Bisping and Hamil fight proves that Bisping has no class, and Hamill is a respectful fighter, regardless who won or loss.
Crocop, Crocop, Crocop… Damn him for making me look like an ass after I built him up so much. Although, I’ll still be rooting for him every fight to come. Props to Kongo.
The undercard fight with Davis vs Taylor was my fav. When all hope was lost for Davis, he pulls through with a submission?!?! That’s what I call a suspensefull fight.
Don’t forget about the Houston fight. Dude looks straight out prison. Love his face when he towers over his downed opponent.

I successfully bet 4/5 that night, I’m counting Hamill as a win. I told my friends I woulnd’t pay them after the lost to decision. They agreed.

I’m telling everyone I know to watch the Rampage fight. It was a great grappling war w/ 2 tough guys. Definitely made the sport look good.

Well, I just finished reading this artical at ufc.com “Ten-point must system has flaws”. Basically the artical breaks down the point system with reference to the Bisping/Hamill fight. The one thing that reall got me was in the last two paragraphs where Meltzer states that “in the big picture, Bisping was a little lucky the judging went his way, and Hamill was very lucky it didn’t.” I felt this statesment to be very assuming of the UFC fan who watches MMA,I truly believe that if Hamill would have won the decision he still would have had an enormous rise in stock due to his superb preformance and unexpected controlling of Bisping.

Let’s not forget about the fight that started off the televised card. Houston Alexander-Alessio Sakara is not to be missed if you haven’t seen it yet. Won’t take up a lot of your time, either.

Well I just Have to say I have been a ufc fan from the very beginning, I mean I have watched 99% of all the pay per views, and I know how a fighter wins a match………… Bisping DID NOT WIN!!!!!!!!!!!There is no debate Hamill won. After that fight sat. night I thought about just turning the channel. If I wanted to watch some fake crap I would be watching the WWF. That decision was so unbelievable I was looking in the background for Don King. If this is what the UFC has come to I’m done with it. My friends and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing. That was the most ridiculous decision I have ever seen! My friend and I are so disappointed in the ufc. We have been die hard fans but now with this type of crap going on whats the point in watching another midnight soap opera. UFC….you better get your act together before you lose all your!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you all are debating wether or not to watch this, just tell yourself to watch the Marcus Davis fight. Then you will be hooked for the rest of the event.

Plus its great to see Matt Hamill come out to Born in the USA.

While being dissapointed about the decision this single fight I feel no way reflects on the UFC. This is the first fight I have seen ever go this way (completely against 90% of public opinion). I have seen controversual decisions but this is the biggest. This is not enough to doubt the cred of the UFC.

While Hamill may not find any consolation in the arguement that this will occassionally (even if very really) happen in MMA from time to time. We must all remember in all sports decisions are made that are deemed unfair or a mistake when reflected upon, sometime a single ref’s decisiom may mean a team wins or loses, its the nature of sport.

The marcus davis fight was great! I’m still pissed about the Bisping vs Hamill decision though. I wanted Bisping to win before the fight as well. That is far beyond a bad call in my opinion and even worse, there is no way for the fans of MMA to demand accountability. Any regulatory body would be looking into this 4 sure. To at least have the option would make me feel better about the issue. Did you know that Bisping cries at tear jerking movies?(other media attempts to show the softer side, gimme a break) It’s about integrity, not bloody hype and friggin mind games. Booooooooooooooooo!

Spike just showed Clay Guida-Tyson Griffin the other night and I saw it for the first time. I thought perhaps Guida should have gotten the decision but it was very close. There’s nowhere near the controversy. As a matter of fact, if you add up Guida-Griffin, Griffin-Ortiz and all the other UFC fights where someone got ‘robbed’, the aggregate injustice is a fraction of Bisping-Hamill.

The circumstances made it look worse where you have a British fighter in England getting smacked around, backing away from the American fighter for three rounds. A protected British fighter- face of the UFC in the U.K. They had to make a point of playing “Born in the USA” versus “London Calling” in the intros to really emphasize this was an international incident in the making.

Man I’m a (Was a) Bisbing fan from the UK, Whilst I can admit we are light years behind USA fighters I just want to see him do well. I never realised how much of an ass he is until the “Go back to wrestling comment”. He really has embarressed the English with his lack of respect.

And as much as i wanted Bisbing to win that fight, i nearly fainted when i heard the decission. Hamil won, end off!

At this stage i’d like to say though, with all this Bisbing bashing, he may be a cocky twat, but he didn’t score the fight so he cannot be blamed for that.

if you don’t want shitty decisions against you then FINISH FIGHTS and don’t let it go to the cards, then there’s no room for shenannigans. (not a hammil or bisping fan) thats the only way to ensure this never happens to you.

Obviosly he tried to finish the fight but you aren’t always going to be able to finish the fight. I mean they could put an olympic sprinter in there who could probably just run circles the whole time and if the fighter never caught him and they gave the decision to the sprinter because they thought he was faster and showed octagon control are you gonna fault the other guy for not finishing? You would have a point if it was a close fight but this clearly wasnt a close fight.

Bisping Hamill was a questionable decision, maybe UFC should name the judge and the score each judge gives after the fight just like they do in boxing. If bad judges are eliminated the UFC may not not have the credibility issues that boxing has.

This comment is exactly what i was thinking. Joe Rogan was sitting there commentating on the fight saying how much dominance Hamill was having and when the crazy decision comes out he doesnt say a word. This coming from the guy who blurts out “If Tyson Griffin was a girl i would say hes got a budonkadonk” So you know he cant be afraid to say whatever he wants. I still love the ufc but man they let me down with this one, i wanted to grab cecil peoples and triangle choke a win for hamill out of him cause the man straight up earned it.

It’s all about ppv, look at all the money Dana would have lost if Hamill had won….all that english ppv down the drain, Hamill was probaly in on it, he could have pounded Bisbing all night on the ground…..why did he box?…money.
