UFC 75 will air in the United States via tape delay on the Spike television network at 9 p.m. ET on Saturday, September 8. Remember that we will be posting the UFC 75 quick results LIVE during the afternoon one week from today, as well as LIVE blogging the tape delayed portion of the televised main card.

“Champion vs. Champion,” of course, features the insane 205-pound showdown between UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and PRIDE FC Middleweight Champion Dan Henderson. Mirko Cro Crop and Britain’s own Michael Bisping will also compete at the O2 Arena, among others.

I deff dont want to see the results before i actually see the fights so im not posting anything until after the tape delay broadcast airs. To risky to blog during the tape delay because so many fans will already know the outcome and id probably deff run into a spoiler at some point.

Rampage by split decision. I see the same thing happening as it did with Lindland

They are both WARRIORS, and have a very simular fighting style and skill set. I think Rampage’s stand up is more complete than Dan’s. Rampage has KO power in both hands, throws great hooks and a lot of nasty uppercutts. Sometimes Dan tends to look for the overhand right too often (like Koschek and Arlovski).

Both fighters have a pretty complete clinch game. Rampage’s clinch game surprised me vs. Lindland. I though Lindland would have had a big advantage in the clinch, dirty boxing aspect of the fight(like his buddy’s Couture and Henderson), but Rampage held his own. He is skilled in the Tai clinch, as well as the Greco Roman clinch (underhooks).

Both fighters are outstanding wrestlers. Henderson is the more decorated of the 2. His take downs are as good as they get, and he has a strong “Fedorish” mauling ground n pound game. Rampage’s ground n pound is no joke either.

Strength advantage I would have to give to Rampage. He is clearly the bigger and stronger fighter. Although Henderson is deceptively strong, Page has the clear strength advantage.

The submission advantqage would have to go to Dan. Dan isn’t exactly a submission whizard, but he is well versed in the submission game. He has a nasty Kimura in his arsenal. I dont plan to c much Ju Jitsu from either fighter. If we do c Ju Jitsu, both fighters rt skilled at escaping them, so we can forget about someone winning by submission.

Experience: I would say this aspect of the fight is even. Both have been in Big fights, and have survived wars. Jackson is the younger fighter but has fought against the best in the world(Shogun, wanderlei, Sakuraba, Lidell, Arona, Lindland). Henderson has fought against wanderlei, the Noguerra twins, Bustamante.

Both fighters will push the pace. They both have great takedowns, and awesome takedown defense. They both have a strong chin, and neither will be intimated. This is as big of a fight as we will ever c.

Predictions mean nothing when the 2 fighters r so evenly matched. It will come down to cardio, and mental toughness. 1st man to make a mistake looses.

If I had to make a prediction I would say Rampage 3rd round TKO (maybe by SLAM)

I USED to like babalu to, but there is no way he should ever be allowed to fight again. Besides he has no shot at winning a title anyway.\

I think hendo will win but probably by ground n pound or points decision. As everyone else has said there both evenly matched and it could go either way. Would like to see hendo fighting at 185 after this one. He defo has the tools to take out silva. Bring in fedor and dennis kang. If u want to be the best organisation u gotta have the best fighters.

Luke if you want to watch it online, download the TVU Player. A google search should find it, if not have a look on the software links at http://www.FootballStreaming.info .

This normally has a live stream of Spike TV carried.

Hey all just to let you know if you didn’t already Randy Coture has asked Dana White to set up a fight for him and Fedor which will most likely take place some time in early 08. Still just rumours at the moment but im keeping my fingers crossed. What a badass fight that would be.

Bisping lost!! That fight was won because of home town judges!!!! Mat Hamil dominated the whole fight just ask micheal bisping!!! The UFC better recognize because this is slowly becoming the WWF!!!Why would one judge score 30-27 one 29-30 and the last 29-30 did they even watch the fight they need to watch the tape and them slap themselfs!!
