Not true unless that was Babalus last fight. What do you think a Contract is?? Its a legally binding document. You cant just say your not fighting for my organization because of an intolerable act. Thats one of the reasons for having a contract. If say Tito signed a nine fight deal and lost 8 fights he would still be entitled to his 9th fight.
