Bullshit. GSP, Hughs, Franklin, and Liddel have all made big time mistakes. Having all been beaten down. I don't see anyway Franklin won't fight a much better fight second time around. We can talk all day long about how tough Silva is. I agree. Franklin is much stronger than Silva, more well rounded, and better conditioned. If Rich's head is in this fight I think he will beat down Silva.
RICH'S HEAD WILL BE IN THIS FIGHT,UNFORTUNITLY FOR HIM IT WILL BE AT THE END OF SILVAS' MIGHTY KNEE!

Hey, does anyone know the name of the fighter who submitted Anderson Silva right after his fight with Franklin? I think it was in Japan, freaking amazing submission, made Silva look pretty bad. Would love to watch it again!

I think that the funniest thing ever was that the UFC was promoting these small midwest town boys as the best MMA fighters in the world. Honestly you are kidding yourselves if you ever believed that Tim Sylvia, Matt Hughes and Rich Franklin were the best MMa guys in the WORLD. Let's see. Tim Sylvia was owned for 5 rounds against a 43 year old Couture. Grnated though, Couture may be one of the smartest fighters in the game today. Matt hughes, the unstoppable middleweight was run over by Canadian George St. Pierre. George made Matt look like it was his first time in the Octagon. George lost to Serra but Serra clipped him with a few nice shots and capitalized. George did whatever the hell he wanted to with Hughes. Stuffed his takedowns, out boxed him, landed some awesome legs kicks, one of which took Matty boy off his feet. Silva!! Well i've been watching the UFC and Pride for years and i can honestly say that was one of the, if not the best asskicking i've ever seen. And to the "unstoppable" middleweight champion. Rich is a nice, quiet, religious guy and it is gonna hurt to see his nose end up on his cheek again because he is a decent guy but thats the only realistic outcome to this. The only questions left are these.

1) What will Danas expression be when his boy gets whooped again even after giving him the home town advantage?

2) Will Rich's wife stay home this time so she doesn't have to witness the execution of her husband.

3) how long will Silva stay champ for? I'm a huge Silva fan but i know somewhere along the line he's gonna get whooped himself.

i don't want to take anything away from rich because he's agood, well conditioned athelete. anything can happen in mma,we've all seen that.i don't think rich has the tools to beat silva and so it makes me wonder who does? most likely hendo will move to 185 will he have a chance? i don't really know. these greco roman wrestlers are good with their takedowns but could he hurt silva on the ground? again,i don't know. who else in the ufc can give, the ever explosive silva a decent match?again i have no clue. certainly not matt hughes! that much i think i know!

I fell bad for franklin. He has no chance against silva. It will be another first round domination unless rich beats anderson with a bat before the fight. Who can contend with silva? dan henderson would beat the breaks off silva and franklin. thats the real deal

silva is the most dominant middle weight in the world!could he lose a fight? well i guess anything is possible. but here in the real world of mma,i don't see it happening anytime soon!certainly not by franklin. whether this is a stand up fight or goes to the ground, silva will dominant and win decisively.right now who in the middle weight division besides franklin even has a slight chance of defeating silva, NO ONE! and don't give me this bullshit that hughes is thinking about stepping up,which i've heard.hughes has his hands full in his own division.the plastic surgen is going to love anderson silva for sending so much business his way. silva should get a commission, don't you think? bottom line silva destroys franklin, once again, and know one wants to fight silva in the near future! once again silva takes his place as the most dominant middle weight on the planet!possibly of all time!

My point is every fighter will get beat. Houston Alexander ring a bell? Anything can and eventually does happen in the octagon. I just don't see how Silva is an exeption. Is it really impossible that Silva could lose to Franklin?
