Okay, why is it that you recognize him? Clearly not because he’s a professional MMA fighter or anything like that…

You guys crack me up, saying a guy who has fought regularly at the highest level of MMA is a “nobody” because he has poor MMA skills. You know his name and recognize his face because he was good enough to reach that level of competition and stay there for a long time.

agree totally. randleman is like a 5 on the 1-10 scale of justifiable fighters if that but you make him sound like a 2 aka gabe ruetgger or whatever that losers name is/was.
and as far as rampage being less legit cuz he wont hold the belt as long…thats crap. although liddell fought good competition noone can say the UFC is as competitive then (when Liddell had his streak) as it is now. Rampage might lose to Hendo but if Liddell had to fight all the tough comp of todays UFC 5 years ago im not sure he would have had the impressive record he does or the recognition. or maybe he wouldve still beaten em i dunno, i think i made my point.

Are you guys serious? I can’t believe how many rampage haters there are lol. Dude is a great fighter and has a great personality which makes him a great champion. Great fighters lose..and they learn..and they train..and they come back. So if Hendo beats him..and I like Hendo too..then he’ll learn..dust of, and come back sharper ready to fight. People are blinded. Never deny someones skills like them or not.

On a serious note does anyone know how much Rampage cuts? Dan Henderson will be around 198/199 I think when they fight and he won’t have to cut weight in the final 2 weeks. Won’t have to lose water. Are we talking about a 225 lb er vs. 200 lb er.

Rampage is hilarious. I bet if Liddell saw that he probably laughed. It would seem Rampage just pokes fun at guys in a good natured context. I don’t think these fighters are all that sensitive about their 5 month pregnant bellies or missing front chompers.

No one is unbeatable. No one is so-called “guarantee.” If anyone can bring great hype to the fights and fight great, then I’ll be happy. Don’t forget we’re just fans with very very biased opinions about certain fighters. As for y’all Liddell-bashing fans, you would’ve sung a different tune if you had grown up with Liddell and known him as a person and being one of hardcore fans of Liddell, regardless of the outcome of his fights. I’m sure same goes for any fighters. In my case, I’m pro-Hamill all the way regardless of how suck his stand up is. At least, he’s undefeated until Sept. in London, where it may change. Still, I would be his fan mainly because I’ve known him and hung out with him at Rochester Institute of Technology.
