I can’t condone the whole weight cutting issue, but it takes guts even to cancel a fight due to injury (remember, that’s a lost payday). Better that than get seriousyl hurt. Hell, better that than fighting, losing the fight and then blaming the injury! Hate that shit.

I’m a Travis fan too. Don’t claim to know what was really going on in his life and head when he screwed up before the title fight…however if he can make a comeback then I would have to say he has the biggest balls in UFC. Don’t count him out I say. Hope he gets a coach and maybe help like GSP! We’ll see. We will see.

I hate seeing these remarks. I’ve known Travis Lutter ALL my life and 1 thing I would never accuse him of is lacking heart. I’ve also watched him wrestle since he was little and he has more talent in his little finger that than most people on this website can EVER hope to have. I can’t wait to see his comeback and watch people have to eat their words.

Well, this is a bit different … UFC74 is still 3 weeks away so finding a replacement for Lutter is no big deal. The fight was on the undercard so it’s not like they were relying on him for draw. And finally, why would Dana be upset that he doesn’t have to pay a guy he probably doesn’t like? [...]

When you screw up like Lutter did, you just can’t afford bad luck. GSP, Sherk, Sylvia, Franklin- a ton of guys have had to bag events due to injury and we shrug it off. If Lutter ever gets this show together, he better be damned impressive. He has a long way to go to gain respect from anyone other than MEEATMESQUAT .
