The main event for UFC Fight Night 11 features a lightweight showdown between Spencer Fisher and Din Thomas. Former middleweight contender Mike Swick will make his welterweight debut against Canadian Jonathan Goulet, and Chris Leben and Terry Martin will bang it out in a middleweight clash.
Put simply, there are a lot of solid match ups on this card and it should be a great night of fights. For the most recent UFC Fight Night 11 fight card click here.

Why does this fight poster look like Swick and Leben are going to fight eachother??

Because they should be! Marketing trick most likely.
Does anyone else find it pathetic that Goulet takes to the forums and challenges Swick and he gets the fight? I’m going to campaign to fight Liddell so I can get me block knocked off, collect a big check and then be able to say I’m a “UFC fighter.”
Makes no sense.
I think its funny that Mike Swick was saying that Chris Leben was ducking him any everything. And then Swick goes on to sign to fight Goulet, and Leben signs to fight Terry Martin. I consider Terry Martin a better fighter than Goulet (obviously) and Swick.
If Swick would have fought Leben at MW, I still think Leben would have beat him down.
These two should of fought on this card at a catch weight 175..with their given history the timing would be perfect..Leben beat Swick like 3 years ago before the TUF show..his talks mad shit and I do feel Swick has improved more than Leben has ( my opinion )..With all that put these two in the cage and lock it up.
Leben will get hauled off in a stretcher.
Chris Leben’s career will be over with after Septemer 19. Leben better get used to fighting in Icon soon.
When Leben loses, can we please be done with this made for WWE poser…TUF has-in general- been good for the sport, But Leben is an example of the embarrassing under-belly
Nothing is 100% certain BUT… I can’t imagine any other outcome besides Terry Martin knocking Chris Leben out cold… maybe dead this time. Even in the clinch Martin has little stubby arms and can end it from there. Leben will have to take Martin down and lay on him for 3 rounds… or get lucky and knock him out early. Maybe out-cardio Martin which is possible… but Martin has cut to a lower weight class and I’m sure he’s put in some roadwork.
Leben is a slugger with no ground game. Terry Martin is categorically better.
A decent line-up for a fight night!
Picks:
Spencer by way of KO
Leben by way of TKO
Swick by either KO or Submission (early round 1)
To all the Leben haters, how many times has he been KO’ed? Once, by the best striker in MMA (A. Sylva). Give the guy a break. His loss against Mac was legitimate (Mac is a pure sub artist), and his loss versus Starnes was questionable. I see him coming back with a bang in this one…by knocking the walking attitude (Martin) out
Wish Leben was fighting Swick, but still a very solid card

I watched Leben-Starnes and saw a Chris Leben who has made zero progress since TUF. That would be great if Leben beats Martin and reestablishes himself but that will have to be a Chris Leben noone has seen yet.
Leben’s a punk. I can’t wait to see him get whooped by Martin.
Martin reminds me of Mike tyson for some reason…maybe he looks like him a lil… but what is up with comming out to Micheal Jackson during his entrance?
All Mike Swick cares about is how many friends he can add on his Myspace. Mike Swick is a bum.

Haha! My sentiments exactly, what a colossal mismatch, seriously. Martin should be fighting Franklin, Okami, or even Silva. I’d like to see a better match up here for both fighters, more of a challenge for Martin, and not such a death sentance for Leban.

..he did that because he said ” I’m going to Knock out Billie Jean “..he was then Asked why does he refer to Ivan Salavery as Billie Jean ” Cause I seen his fights and he likes to dance around the ring “
