This is the best card I’ve ever seen in my three years of watching every UFC event. Two title fights, ortiz and evans. It’s so stacked that no one’s even talking about Nogeria (currently ranked as the number two heavyweight in the world) making his UFC debut.

I still think that ufc 66 was better who cares about two title fights in one night has anyone really heard of hermes franca or nate marquartd , ortiz vs evans will be a good fight but Something tells me tito isnt half as aggressive as he once was watch ortiz vs shamrock 1 and then watch ortiz vs liddell 2 and tell me what is the difference between then and now. Bisping vs shafer was a very exicing fight because shafer nearly finished bisping and he came back, the count always has exciting fights.
Arlovski vs cruz was a hell of a fight because AA is really quick for a heavyweight and KOd cruz. Jardine vs Griffin was a war and was very exciting.Ortiz vs Liddell 2 was an ace fight because both guys were really going for it and tito got his ass whooped. Silva vs Marquartd will be a good fight but Evans vs Ortiz wont be a thrilling fight either and big nog would get EATEN ALIVE by the pitbull.

Shhhhh… don’t give Zuffa any ideas or they’ll jack the PPV price up to $59.95.

Off topic for a sec- last night Comcast Sports Network (CSN) aired the Crocop-Silva Pride fight #2 where Crocop just beat the crap out of Silva. Did anyone else see that? Man, Crocop has had some very impressive performances in the last couple years over in Pride. It’s a shame that the TUFfies (people who only watch TUF and UFC events) don’t see this Pride action. Crocop’s only two UFC fights haven’t shown his capabilities.

Are you serious, both these guys are good and have been around for a long time. Either of them could win the belt, and I think Nate has the ground game to beat Silva.

Serious these are big names guys to anybody but a soly casual fan. Yeah Nate is really really good, he is a real strong guy, he has descent stand up to keep Silva busy enough to set up stuff, given Anderson still has the stand up advantage, but Nate is a warrior I have been catchin up on him since I heard he was gonna fight.
And I have a feeling hermes will impress me, but at first glance it dosnt seem like he could do much to Sherk.

HEY MANIA I need help. I need to find someplace in MAUI that has it. Is there any other sources I can look or any other way I might be able to find a little sports bar or hotel bar or something playing it?

No Im not playing just because AA had a boring fight vs werdum doesnt mean he would get destroyed by Noguiera, all minotauro has is his ground ground game and Arlovski has better submissions anyway. Big nog hasnt fought in the octagon yet and arlovski has won 9 fights in the first round and antonio noguiera has no skills on his feet and WOULD GET DESTROYED.

Didnt mean to say they arent very good but what true contender s has either guy beaten hermes would get embarrassed by roger huerta and nate marquartd wouldnt be able to hang with HENDO.

Did you see Huerta’s last match against the Alaskan guy who was making his debute? Not very impressive by Huerta. I don’t think Huerta should get a title shot at all or even close unless he drastically imporves. And I think Hermes would kill him. As for Nate. Look the guy up man, he is pretty good. He’d give Hendo and Silva a run for there money, it will be interesting.

Huerta showed me alot at ufc 69, it was a slugfest so you couldnt really tell who was winning, HAVE YOU EVEN SEEN ANY OF HIS OTHER FIGHTS HE WON AT UFC 67 IN 18 F*CKING SECONDS. THE FACT THAT HUERTA IS 19-1 SPEAKS FOR ITSELF, AND NATE IS PRETTY GOOD I WILL GIVE YOU THAT BUT WE WELL FIND OUT WHEN HE TANGLES WITH THE SPIDER.

Dude yoy should start looking up fighters profiles before bad mouthing them. Nate is seven time king of Pancrese and Franca has beaten Caol Uno, Nate Diaz, Gabe Rudiger and had a war with Josh Thompson which he lost but i fought the fight should have been stopped at one point.

I’m getting psyched up for UFC’s 73-75. Spike is showing a preview of 73 tonight. The highlight of this evening so far was Josh Neer fought on IFL tonight. I figured it should be an easy day at the office for him but the other dude knocked him out. You notice another old UFC name showing up on IFL each week. Somebody like Josh Burkman or Brad Imes who will have a tough time getting their next fight in the UFC can drop down a notch and get a lot of face time on IFL.

I’d really like to see an experience heavyweight show up to test the current top two guys there: Rothwell and Jaodge(sp?). Heavyweight is definitely the weakest class in IFL.
