The only thing I disagree with is your stance on Sean Sherk VS Hermes Franca. Last night I watched him on Spike TV doing his vigorous training regiment and I have to say: "How can a guy who won't even eat a cheeseburger lose?" I mean he is built better than most strong men and is faster than Carl Lewis. I wonder if he has learned how to strike? If he has any ground and pound ability Hermes is Ground Beef! Consider it flattering that I prefaced the Arlovski point with my crucifix comment…I definitely had you in mind…and his five round snoozefest with Sylvia is hardly punishment…I don’t care who says it…
