Two years ago, if the UFC still had a LW div, this would have excited me. I dont think MA is gonna do well against the top 10 LWs today. They almost all have solid skills in all areas. You just cant be this one dimensional anymore.

better than BJ, i dont think so….but he has nice jits, his hands and wrestling are lacking compared to some of the other lightweights….ufc lightweights have a lot of variety though, he will fair well, but there are some guys he will have big trouble with…as of right now i dont see him being champ anytime soon, but he is making the division that much deeper

I would like to see how he faired against some of the 155ers in the UFC. I liked his win over Gomi, but other then that I don’t remember any of his fights. There are so many guys out there that he style has not yet caught my eye.

I’;; put my money where my mouth is, I say he honestly might be better than BJ Penn and Jens Pulver in their prime as a lightweight.
I would love to see him vs. Joe Daddy
