If 72 is reasonable, then we can expect fewer and fewer big fights per card. Similar situation I believe: the Chicago Cubs have sucked forever. But Wrigley Field is almost always full so the management doesn't have to shell out for big time players to buy a championship. They are just in it to make money. If they offer crap and we still pay for it like junkies, then they have no incentive to put together great match-ups.
