This is what makes RC what he is inside the cage. This can be applied to anything in life actually. It’s called Work Ethic & I can think of a few fighters that can learn alot by just watching these 2 short clips.

I’m 43 and I’m training for a 1/2 marathon. My knee makes weird noises, lower back pinches, ankles get sore… and I’m not even getting kicked, punched or slammed. I don’t know how he does it other than he has a big red S on his chest.

I love Randy, I met him totally a class act, amazing dude.. he works hard prepares well and is humble.. he deserves everything great in his life.

The more and more I get to know Randy the more I love and respect the man and the fighter..Randy sets the bar to be a leader/champion in the cage or in life.
