Everyone that is bad mouthing Tank, you just don’t have a clue.” Me too and I couldn’t agree more. You don’t even know that an olypic bar weighs 45 pounds not 25. It is still a heck of a bench, especially for a guy his age.

It’s true that he refuses to put enough focus on cardio to be competitive with the top guys now, but as far strength goes, this guy is “SICK”(no bench shirt & steroid free). I have personally saw him do 605 for 2 reps, also saw him do 6 upright rows with 335. Insane !!!!! Another thing to keep in mind is that this guy is 42 years old. Get off of him, I guarantee you dont want him on you.

I like the comment about the alum. weights, why is the bar bending like that then? It’s real.
Yes his form would not pass in competion, but it’s still a feat few can duplicate.
How many people on hear can even unrack 600lbs, my guess is zero.

I think that was a full keg of beer on each side, and thats how much he drinks in a day. That makes since now.Hunckle from H.B. still knocked him th f#@K! out. and he had to lift that much to get his bully fat ass off the ground.
