I f’ing love Chuck but he better be ready to do some actual fighting here soon. Seems like he is spending alot of time on other stuff lately. Remember the P principle Chuck, Prior Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance, and talking has never made anyone tougher.

I see my boy winning by KO though for sure. Maybe I’ll win some of the money back I lost on De La Hoya. Chuck Liddell by the 2nd round by the KO.

Chuck is my favourite fighter top of my list but he is gettin beat in this next fight I garuntee it,hes fighting Rampage and he seems to believe beyond any doubt that he is gonna KO him in the first round yet he has never even been able to do that to Tito,if Chuck is gonna win this he needs to wake up and smell the p***y coz even he admited he hit Rampage hard in the first fight and Rampage didnt even look hurt at all!
I cant see him knocking Rampage out period,

my prediction for the fight,

1st round
Chuck and Page come out swingin with some real exciting exchanges and Chuck quickly starts to gain the upper hand,it starts to look as though Chuck will stick to his word and finish the fight in the first round but Rampage shows amazing determination and stays in the fight.

2nd round
Starts off similar to the first but Rampage starts to land some shots of his own,the round ends with a lot of punches being thrown and Rampage looking alot better.

3rd round
Chuck starts to slow down a bit and Rampage starts to pick up the pace,Chuck starts getting frustrated and looks for that one punch KO,as the round goes on Chucks punches start to look more and more desperate, the round ends with Chuck finding his target and Rampage eats it now it is starting to look in Rampages favor.

4th round
Chuck is now looking very tired and Rampage is light on his feet,Chuck gives everything he has got but now he is getting too sloppy and Rampage takes him down and starts landing devestating blows onto Chuck just like the first time only this time one huge shot gets through and dazes Liddell and Rampage drops about 10-12 elbows most of them landing flush on Chucks face and the final one knocks him unconsious for the first time ever.

May 27th I will be able to brag on this prediction

I respect Chuck’s fighting ability greatly. Commentating, however, is not in Chuck’s future. This fight with Rampage will be particularly explosive, and I’m looking for a 1st round KO. Either fighter can end this fight.

i think he’ll be ready for anything rampage is gonna bring, rampage is gonna go into this fight thinking he took everything chuck had last time they fought and was able to keep coming and thats gonna get him in trouble in this fight, because i don’t think he took everything chuck had, i think rampage lowered his head early and landed a couple big overhand rights that were kind of lucky and dazed chuck and made him back up and not really step into his punches after that, i see chuck being able to avoid those this time around and land some harder shots throughout the first round, i think chuck will hit him hard in the first, knock him down, jump on top and win by TKO referee stoppage…

I wish there was so many Rampage fans around here. I would love to bet you guys then take your money. I would even have you to watch it at my house for free. ($money$ in hand for the bet of course) Chuck has changed alot since the first meeting. Look at the different performance between Randy and Chucks first two fights. Page is nowhere in Randys class, may hit a little harder but not hard enough. AND the only reason Chuck never KO Tito in the first round was Tito’s fear to engage. I’m betting Rampage goes the route of Babalou…too much faith in his chin will have him wondering how Chuck got so big as he trys to slam Big John.

The only problem with that prediction is you have Rampage taking Chuck down. Ya see, Chuck got sick of taking those vicious GnP beatings (Rampage and Randy)so he decided to do something about it, and he developed the best takedown defence in the business. If Randy couldn’t take Chuck down I doubt Rampage can. If he’s going to win he has to do it on his feet.

Everyone is saying that Chuck is the one who’s changed but I think Rampage is the one who’s changed - for the worse. In his fight with Wanderlei Silva (it was on YOUTUBE) he got the living shit beat out of him and he didn’t even go down, it was like Rocky or some shit, the ref eventally stopped the fight. I seriously think Rampage sustained some brain damage during that fight and I think Chuck knows it. This fight could go the same way cause Rampage is one tough muthafucka, and I don’t know how many Chuck Liddel shots a human being can take without ending up in the special olympics. CHUCK BY REF STOPPAGE!!!

Chuck has always had that great takedown defense and I think THE BEST in all of MMA,he learned that way back in colege when he was a division 1 wrestler so he all ready had that when he fought Randy and Rampage last,I predict that this will happen in the fourth round because Chucks gonna be tired by that time and that is when he will get taken down.
The reason I think Chuck is gonna lose is coz i think he is coming into this fight way over confident,I will be amazed if chuck could KO Rampage in the first round I just cant see that happening.Rampage on the other side has nothing to lose and realy wants to prove himself and you just know he is not taking Chuck lightly, and if you watch him in training he just has that look in his eyes “the eye of the tiger” I believe its called, yet chuck like always just thinks it is gonna be easy and a 10 second KO,I think he is in for a shock.

Again, Rampage is an animal when he’s happy. Fat contract, title on the line, yeah he’s happy. I am really beginning to think Rampage wanted to lose the fight with Shogun after what happened with Ninja. The Wandy fights, well, that’s Wanderlei Silva after all. Rampage is now healthy and healed up from that concussion from Rua.
This fight is 50/50 to me, way TOO close to try and make a prediction. I do, however, want Rampage to win. He’s says a lot of crazy crap, but that’s a persona. Watch any YT video of him chilling with his friends, and you see a totally different guy. He wont be fuucked up on Nyquil on live TV or out fondling pornstars or will he ever hang with Ross Pointon. Now we just gotta get him to stay away from Tito and his vaginoplastied transvestite girlfriend.

This is really a no brainer. Chuck will always be my pick. I’m really surprised how many people are pulling for or think that Page will win this. Gotta love the UFC, this is marketing at its finest again. They want you to see the first fight, want you to see how that fight went down so you think it will happen again. Let’s face it, that fight was one of Pages finest hours. I like Ramp, don’t get me wrong. I just don’t think he’s a very lateral moving fighter and he’s always depended on his tough chin to get inside. The older you get and the more trama you’ve recieved over time lessens ones ability to take such punishment though. Rampage will either over estimate his own chin or under estimate Chucks new found Titanium steel rods in his arms and hands and be explaining, ‘Well what had happened was’

Of course I’ve seen it Bang. Honestly go back and watch it once more. I know you seen it plenty but what will once more hurt, especially getting ready for part two. Watch Liddells legs close. Watch how it was a effort from the beginning of the fight to throw kicks of any kind. Once early Liddell had the chance to deliver a couple perfect knee strikes but didn’t. Even watch when Liddell throws his hands how none of the power was generated from the legs. Near the end of the first when Liddell fell, Rampage barely hit him, Chucks leg or knee gave out so he took some punishment for that mistake too. Compare that to his stance and strike design now and I promise you’ll see a small but huge difference. I say Chuck is the epitome of a warrior and will fight hurt no problem. Look how many Big shots Chuck took and fought on. His corner knew his problem and knew he couldn’t win, so go home and fight another day. Let’s face it though, the fight was 4 years ago and we still talk about it today. Let’s us hope we can be as lucky and see such a tremendous event again in the rematch.

If Lindell gets slammed, even once, it’s all over. Getting slammed hard, knocks the wind out of you. It’s so hard in any sport to recover immediately after getting the wind knocked out of you.

If Rampage eats a high leg kick or eats a counter punch, it’s all over.

You cant deny that Chuck gave Rampage some heavy shots because he did and Chuck didn’t do many kicks in his last couple of fights. Fair enough alot of dudes have said he was injured but we’ll just have to see the outcome of this fight to see who comes out on top and to see if this discussion was needed.

This first round is longer, that’s it. The ref’s stop the fight based on teh same aspects that the Pride refs stop the fight.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Question 1: After four years since their last fight, why is it that all the Chuck fans think that he’s the only one whose improved their game?

Question 2: Do you really believe that Chuck has never WON a fight while injured?

Question 3: Name ONE “true striker” that Chuck has bested since avenging his loss to Randy Couture.

Statement: If you put two of the Top 5 fighters in the world in the ring/cage to fight, logic has it that someone will win & someone will lose. Last I checked, a fighter earns his ranking by defeating opponents.

Question 4: How is losing to a Top 5 fighter a bad thing?
