I hope they dont have him fight Hammill coz that is a huge step back for Bisping and he would have so much to lose and hammill everything to gain.
You just know Hammills only way to win would be to pin Mike down and hold him there and not try anything through fear of being submitted and that would be so frustrating to watch,I just hope and pray they dont anounce that as his next fight but I dont think Bisping would take a fight with Hammill anyway.
Yeah Forrest would be an interesting fight but a bit unfair on Bisping though seeing how Forrest was given a far better oppurtunity to shine on his third post TUF fight against Tito.
I think Mike should be given his chance to shine, give him a tough test,a reason to train because it can ruin a fighters potential if they dont give him some tough tests they dont grow.

They won't feed Bisping to Machida. It's no secret who I think would win and I must admit, Machida is nowhere near as known as Bisping and Machida doesnt speak English so he isnt as marketable. They should give Bisping someone like Griffin who is also popular and would only give Bisping more exposure.
personally i think he is a good fighter, but let's see what happens when he fights some good competition.
I agree with that,I honestly believe Bisping has the POTENTIAL to be a great champ but he has yet to prove himself against some very tough competition and I am very anxious to see how he does.
I wonder who they are gonna have him fight next. Before UFC70 there was alot of people saying that Bisping fighting Sinosic wasnt realy fair seeing how Forrest got to fight far better opponents on his first and second fights,I ofcourse corrected these people and told them that Forrests first fight was against Bill Mahood and his second against Elvis Sinosic, however,Forrests third fight was against non other than the Hunnington Beach Bad Boy Tito Ortiz where Forrest ofcourse lost the desicion,so this makes me wonder who the fuck are they gonna have Bisping fight,
I have a feeling its gonna be Machida for some reason.

bisping is still under his contract from winning TUF 3, which i believe was a four fight contract for 100k. the elvis fight was only his second fight. if he wins all four fights, he will get a much bigger contract.

I dont think that Machida can bang with Chuck, not even close. He's a small LHW at that. If he can cut down to 185. That would be interesting. Machida/Silva? Machida/Franklin2?

And to you guys who think Machida could beat Chuck in any way other than a fluke then you are wrong.
Chuck would not be scared to get in there with Machida(unlike Heath)he would do what he always does and thats force Machida into an exchange of fists with him and he would KO him without alot of trouble.
One of Liddells biggest weapons he has is his iron hard chin that alows him to get in there and KO his opponent.

What I am saying is if you put them two in a cage both on the best days of their lives at the top of their games then Chuck would KO Machida every time.
You can tell just looking at Machida he has a very suspect chin.
Bisping is lucky he got paid what he got paid. He's new to the UFC and he took home alot more than any other new fighter I know of. You gotta prove yourself before you get paid anywhere near 100K. He might of proved himself but certainly not for anywhere near 100K. He's a good fighter but not a lottery winning fighter.
You are talkin a lot of nonsence man,
I understand what your saying but trust me I live in England and when I go out on a weekend I always ask people if they watch the UFC and most people havnt heard of it,no bullshit,I cant beleive it coz they dont know what their missing.I always try to educate them on the subject and tell people they should watch.
Over here for a good few months before UFC70 the UFC had been on a huge advertising campaign and without doubt the guy who they have used most is Bisping. His face has been on posters in bus stations on taxis, train stations in all the newspapers
and there was even a one hour documentry on just about mike on Bravo which has been repeated alot of times.
I would say that about 70% of the people who bought the PPV were first time watchers of the UFC and they would of watched just to see how the British guy was gonna do after having read an artical about him in the paper, and then hopefully became hooked and would follow the UFC religously,I mean that was obviously the plan concucted by Dana and them.
Now if the fight had of been in anywhere else including Vegas I would of said that the purse Bisping got was fair being that he is a newcomer to the UFC and still has a long long way to go before he is even close to having a title shot, but if you lived in the UK and saw just how much they used Bispings face to sell the UFC to britain then you couldnt possibly disagree that Bisping should of been payed more, alot more.
You have to remember how patriotic the british are about their sporting heros, and if you put an artical in a mainstream paper taking up three pages headlined"fighting for his life" with a massive picture of Mike and his family and saying how he is risking his health to feed his family in this violent new sport and how brave he is going up against these tough American fighters then thats is how you get people to pay attention and watch.
