We’re less than a few hours from the start of UFC 70: “Nations Collide,” which will begin at about 12:45 p.m. EST from the Manchester Evening News (M.E.N) arena Manchester, England.
The main card and main event, which features the heavyweight showdown between Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic and Gabriel Gonzaga, will air via tape delay for free on Spike television at 9 p.m.
It’s important to note that the show will be broadcast at 9 p.m. on both coasts, according to Dave Doyle at FOXSports.com.
Here’s the snip:
“Something for people on the West Coast to keep in mind on Saturday: Spike TV has split feeds for the East Coast and West Coast. So that means both the East and West Coasts will be getting the show at 9 p.m. local time tomorrow, it is NOT 9PM Eastern/6 Pacific. DirecTV carries both feeds, so if you have a dish, you’re in luck.”
We’ll begin to post the LIVE results soon — all you have to do is click the jump at the bottom of the page.
These are potential spoilers, especially if you plan to watch the show this evening. Therefore, DO NOT click the link below if you don’t want to know who won the fights until later tonight.
In addition, I suggest not clicking on the comments section in any of the posts because there might be readers who are talking about the results.
We also plan to post the tape-delayed results — with commentary — later on this evening for the folks who can wait for the broadcast.
This post WILL NOT include spoilers.
That’s it … enjoy the show and don’t forget to stop by and share your thoughts on the action here at UFCmania.

I can’t wait!
same here Stafo. anyone care to call the fight of the night? in my opinion,i think the fight of the night will be between arlovski & werdum. i would really like to see a cro cop/arlovski fight later this year.
I am torn between the Arlovski fight and the Cro Cop fight. The Bisping/Sinosic is going to be good too. I predict a short fight for Crop Cop (left kick to the head - KO) and Arlovski TKO and Bisping working Sinosic but getting a TKO.
I am really excited about this
Oh my god i hope AA can win this fight!
Hmmm…Werdum will upset AA, he is far underated…he would deffinately beat Gonzaga

Find Makarska on the Croatian coast. You could find me in good and beautiful company waiting to see how long it’s gonna take Mirko to walk out of the cage!
I don’t think I’ll have time to finish my beer!
Is the time on the posts CST?
yes, it is.
Never would have imagined Kongo\Silva going three rounds. Must be another Sylvia\Arlovski III.
so wait AA is next? where will machita end up? and elvis
I’m gonna break the F5 key on my keyboard soon…
nevermind machida wins by decesion
I really hope AA takes this. Id just love to see him and Cro Cop fight with the title on the line.
Yeah, I do hate to say this, but Sherdog is the getting the results up quick.
and I know MTU will probably shit a brick if AA wins as well.
Michael Bisping vs. Elvis Sinosic
Light Heavyweight Fight
Round One:
Here we go!
Sinosic throws some nice leg kicks; he grabs Bisping’s head for a clinch and tries for some knees, but Bisping scores a takedown and goes to work from atop Sinosic.
He is active in Sinosic’s guard, looking to keep some range for effective punching and elbowing. Sinosic, however, is also active—throwing the occasional shot from the bottom.
At the 2 minute mark, Bisping opens up and unloads some big, relentless shots. Sinosic hangs on, but he needs to do something to get out of this position.
Bisping continues opening up for blows, and Sinosic is now bloodied up. The UK crowd, obviously pro-Bisping, is loving this.
The TUF3 winner unloads with a flurry; Sinosic is just barely saved by the bell.
Round Two:
They come out swinging. Bisping lands a jab, and then follows up with more shots and a mid-high kick. Sinosic, however, catches Bisping with a knee that drops him to his back. Sinosic can’t get to Bisping in time to force a stoppage, but he does get on top of Bisping. He locks in a kimura, but he loses it before Bisping is interested in tapping.
Sinosic then advances to Bisping’s back. He gets a hook in, but due to being tired, he can’t finish Bisping. Bisping reverses and is now raining vicious blows from inside of Sinosic’s guard. The crowd roars as Bisping gets the stoppage.
According to sherdog Michida beat Heath by decision. I thought Arlovski-Werdum was up next???
Bisping already won, KO RD2 read above breakdown, AA is up next
shit… i wanted elvis
dammit my man elvis’s record falls again haha

I get my post deleted, but you leave this up? Careful, or this site is gonna become Sherdog 2. That’s all I meant by “insightful commentary” from the post you deleted.
UFC President Dana White confirms that Matt Serra and Matt Hughes will serve as coaches for The Ultimate Fighter 6 (a Welterweight tournament).
Serra talks about his positive spirits following the Welterweight Championship title win. He also expresses excitement for the chance to fight Matt Hughes. While previous opponents Chris Lytle and Georges St. Pierre are nice guys, Serra says that Hughes is a “dick” and he feels like a winner just for having the opportunity to hit Hughes in the face.
and I know MTU will probably shit a brick if AA wins as well.
Who the f$ck are you?
Dude dont take it personal, you and a lot of the vets here are expecting Werdum to win this fight according to past post. Regardless it was just a joke man. Sorry!!!
UFC President Dana White confirms that Matt Serra and Matt Hughes will serve as coaches for The Ultimate Fighter 6 (a Welterweight tournament).
If that’s true, then whent he heck are they gonna fight, in nine months?

Dana made that announcement during UFC 70 we will all see it on spike tonight
Most of the vets here know there shit. So ill be a little surprized if AA wins.
Round One:
They circle as this thing gets underway.
Arlovski lands an inside leg kick; Werdum sends one right back.
They move together, and Werdum actually gets the better of a clinched boxing exchange. Werdum forces Arlovski into the cage and then nails The Pitbull with an elbow and right hand. He backs away, and then hits a right leg kick.
Arlovski looks for a left handed body shot. He then misses on a kick to the midsection. Leg kick from Arlovski, followed by a jab to the face.
The former UFC Champion controls the remainder of the round, connecting with strikes.
Eat me … where are you?
Dana made that announcement during UFC 70 we will all see it on spike tonight
I believe it, but will picking the fighter, filming, editing, its nine months away. No WW title defense for nine months for Serra?
Eat me’s doing a fine job, dont interrupt, lol.
Eat me … where are you?
I am stealing the lowdown from another stupid site with surprisingly reliable info today dont want to blow up your spot by posting them here
Eat me … where are you?
If you want the link let me know because I wont be around for Cro Cop I am leaving in a few, let me know how you want me to get you the link
Holy shit, the Cage Rage event is streaming free at proelite.com
i know where you are getting the info from. i just did a quick search. thanks, i guess, for passsing it along.
AA takes Werdum By decision.
Their play by play crapped out for Rds 2 and three but here is the final result
Andrei Arlovski won via unanimous decision.
please leave link for ppl without tv now
for crocop
Well, damn. At least now we get Mirko vs AA at some point.
wow, i thought werdum was going to handle arlovski. former champ finally beats a top contender beside Sylvia … congrats.
Man, I love live feeds over the internet. Zikic just won the title from Cyborg via maj dec.
I just dont get why everyone is so suprised AA won.
just got word arlovski got booed pretty hard after the decision — apparently fought “not to lose.”
I just dont get why everyone is so suprised AA won.
Find out who Fabricio Werdum is, look at AA’s record, then ask yourself the question again. FW has been in against the best in the world. This was AA’s first real test since Rizzo and Rodriguez, both of whom he lost to. Then back to back losses to Ogre, well you get it now, I hope.
what do you think the time table is on getting the cro cop decision out
Im not saying Werdum is not good dude, I know who he is, im saying AA is really good. He has always been an explosive fighter with excellent standup.
ALthough I have to admit, the fact that he won off a descision suprised me alot. I expect that if he was gonna win, it would be off a knockout. That other post says he apparenlty fought not to lose, that explains it a little bit.
Thats what you get after your used to fighting Silvia for so long.
Vitor Belfort v Ivan Serati up next at Cage Rage. I’ll just post the results for those not streaming or able to get by that screwed up scripting error on ProElite’s main page.
He just came out … 20 minutes tops.
i dont know y the crowd would boo arlovski if he fought “not to lose”….most of his fights are only one round except for the one sylvia fight…..maybe he figured he could win a decision for once
OF COURSE AA WON, HE IS GANGSTER
Who just came out? CC?
Who just came out? CC?
Yes … just got an email that he came to Wild boys.
oh my god. cro cop lost. i amg oing to fucking cry
Vitor via vicios GNP, ref stoppage.
I can see that this match is going to a decision. Because it’s been a good 14 minutes worth of fighting.. So who knows? Lets hope cro cop pulls it out.
Cro Crap Got knocked the F@ck out via head kick 1rd
CRO COP GOT KNOCKED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NO! NO! NO! i totally would be broke if bet on this event. WHY! dammit.
OMG, Sherdog confirms it. KO via head kick from Ganzaga.
Oh my God.
Well, im an hour late to work. It was all worth it. Later everybody.
Mirko Cro Cop is announced via a video montage with plenty of PRIDE footage. The lights go out, and the Croatian enters to Duran Duran’s “Wild Boys.”
R1 - Gonzaga pushes the action; Cro Cop circling. Cro Cop throws a kick to the body which Gonzaga catches and takes him down off. Gonzaga in Cro Cop’s guard working elbows with success to the left side of his head. Cro Cop just attempting to tie him up. Cro Cop is now being worked against the fence.
Ref stands them up as Gonzaga is not improving position. Gonzaga knocks out Cro Cop with a right high kick. Cro Cop is out cold. Medics are in the cage. After a bit, Cro Cop revives and is on his knee.
Gabriel Gonzaga def. Mirko “Cro Cop” Filpovic - KO 4:51 R1
UFC Heavyweight Champion Randy Couture tells Gonzaga that he thinks he’s a tougher fight for him and he looks forward to meeting him. Gonzaga thanked him and said he read on the website the Couture picked him!
UFC just got boring. im totally not excited at all about randy vs gonzaga. LAME. who is cro cop going to fight now.. tim sylvia? EW.
UN freaking BELIEVEABLE!!
I cant belive it … WTF! Year of the upset. Heard Cro Cop is unconcious “Sean Salmon-style.” Those aren’t my words. Unbelievable. Apparently Couture and Gonzaga are talking in the OCtagon.
Underdogs in the UFC have to be hitting more than any other sporting event ever…this is crazy
Did Cro Cop really get knocked out?
Did Cro Cop really get knocked out?
DAMN! BIG UPSET OF THE YEAR!
Who else has Gonzaga beaten?
