I hope Rampage has the ring rust shook off. I would love to see a brawl... don't care who wins, but it would be nice to see Chuck dominate, and then move up to heavyweight as well.

chuck has got this one i am pretty sure about it,i hope he then moves up to heavywieght and gets that belt before he retires thats probably his plan.I have watched that last fight he had with rampage probably just over a million times and i am a bit bored of watching it now.You can see that he is not the patient fighter that he is today.I think all you rampage fans are gonna be very disapointed but you never know in mma its fuckin mental. There is a chance this fight could be an absolute brawl and if it went the whole five rounds i wouldnt be suprised but if i had to bet i would say chuck by ko in the third.

the medicine ball routine is awesome. Also really think its interesting that a handful of fighters change there daily and work out routines to "match" what time they will fight.

As for the fight, who knows......Chuck is an animal, I dont like the way his style looks, but it works so who am I to judge it. rampage is an animal too with a great chin.

Should be fire works. I say Chuck will take it, of course.....cant nor will I ever bet against Chuck, probably by the 3rd round. Just really hope it lasts at least 3 rounds.

If only the rest of us could live days like that. I squash workouts into my day by oversleeping and then making a mad dash for the train station at the very last moment.

Do you guys really think that the Stevenson-Guillard fight wasn't exciting? I think that never knowing what could happen in a split second is one of the most exciting thing about MMA. It's that one perfectly placed hit, a la Serra-GSP that creates openings and changes everything, that makes a great fight. Kos-Sanchez, now *that* was boring.
