MTUFC: I watched the UFC fights at Dailymotion - not a great video quality, but neither are the fights, so its appropriate. Pride 34 was crazy! Did you saw how much Fyre took? If he did not overcommited on the guilotine, he might have won. Geez - were else can you see Butterbean wining by kimura? Haha, but for future shows I rather not have more of those Super Heavyweight fights - it was disgusting at times. Arona was a big upset for me - guess Sokudjous win over little nog was not a lucky punch after all. But I thought it was an early stop - Arona was trying to adjust himself on the ground, because he recieved soccerkicks for the left and clearly was still defending himself. He had his elbows up protecting his head. Well, too late to change anything now I guess. Zelg ... oh my boy Zelg. He was so great, but had his arm out way too often. I saw at least 2 more opportunities for an armbar and in the end that ended a fight he clearly dominated. Can't wait for the next fight. Monson-Fujita was good, Fujita dominated, but Monson's worldclass grappling payed off in the end. In the end Pride 34 was not the weak card I thought it was. But boy was I wrong with some of my predictions. To say Fujita dominated Monson is a bit of a stretch to say the least. Aberrations happen in MMA all the time. Did Kos "prove" himself in this fight? Not hardly. This has done nothing to diminish Sanchez in the eyes of the UFC. I'm glad he has a loss now, no more undefeated record to defend, as if that means anything in MMA. This aint boxing. The rematch will be quite different. That so called fight wasn't worth watching though, but at least Koscheck attempted a few moves, instead of dancing around the ring like a scared little boy.
