It would be ideal to keep the organizations apart but do cross promotions. If the Pride ship should happen to sink, it won't drag UFC down with it. I would also be concerned about the legal hurdles ahead, not only the Fishman lawsuit but the possible Japanese underworld element. Here's one way to get rid of that lawsuit, hire Fishman to run Pride.
