BJ is the toughest fighter with dynamic flexibility! I'd love to see more fighters with the control BJ seems to have over his joints. It's like they haven't invented a hold to stop BJ Penn. You've been the best mentor as a coach on the Ultimate Fighter. Keep up the good work bra! I've been watching Big John McCarthy watching the limits of the best of the best fighters for decades? Wow, how time flys. Big John McCarthy, thanks for setting the standard in the MMA world for calling a fight like, LAW. Your calls are always acceptable in the replay and that's all that matters.
