LMAO! Truly pathetic. In other words, you have just been taken to school and now realize it. Ok Rampage fan, but that isn’t what I said. What I said was I was not going to keep answering ignorant statements where you were just throwing out stuff without knowing what you were talking about. I have no problem carrying on a normal discussion or even answering a question. As for the elbows, yes they use them….standing up. PRIDE rules expressly forbid elbows to the head of a grounded opponent. Ironically, they do allow soccer kicks to the head of a grounded opponent as well as knees, which the UFC does not. Dana White has stated repeatedly his desire to have the rules against knees changed, but he will have to get athletic commissions of individual states to change their ruling. So, just to recap, in PRIDE kicks to head of downed opponent = good, elbows = bad. In UFC, elbows to the head of a downed opponent = good, kicks = bad. Let me know if I can help any further.

obviously you didn’t watch the first time these two danced. Rampage didn’t have to earn a rematch! He beat chucky boy the last time the two met. for him to step into the UFC and make dejavu happen was all by invitation and why not? chucky was dreaming of that day.

One other thing I have to include here Rampage fan. If you look up his bio, you’ll find he hasn’t fought in K1 in about 4 years. He said he left K1 For Pride because K1 salaries were too small. What I read showed the last fight in K1 he fought was Saitama Grand Prix in 2003. So again, CHECK YOUR FACTS.

Dude if you need to get your vision corrected then please get some glasses. Crocop got taken down and got the crap elbowed out of him. He talked after the fight about how much it hurt him because he was not used to elbows on the ground since PRIDE doesn’t allow that. And dude, I don’t care that he is a K1 fighter; the point has been that he is one of the fighters that PRIDE-nazi fans take the most pride in and talk a lot of trash about how he could dominate anyone in the UFC. As I said before, he has been fighting in PRIDE for years now. This conversation is getting old and boring. If you are going to keep making ignorant, ill-informed statements without going and checking your facts first (like about Crocop/Gonzaga), I am not going to keep answering you. I am not here to be your full time teacher/nanny. Sorry to be so blunt, but acting like your correcting me when you clearly haven’t even looked it up is really irritating. GET EDUCATED.

Funny how people trying to avoid the fact that one of their fighters got smoked in a fight. I’m a Liddell fan and I’m miserable about the fact that he lost.. but it is what it is. I’ll be the first to admit Chuck got outplayed. Even if you want to say it was a lucky punch, Chuck wasn’t there to defend. You can’t win them all, especially in a fight. But you guys saying that CroCop wasn’t dominated? LOL. Please.. review the film. Look, CroCop himself said he didn’t see the kick coming because his vision was blurry due to repeated elbows to his face . Besides, there isn’t a term called “Puncher’s Chance” for no reason. Upsets are what make sports exciting.

hey Dave not to keep correcting u but Gonzaga was not “dominating” Cro Cop the whole fight before the knock out. they were both feeling each other out for the whole round. i didn’t see not one single kick or punch that landed other than the knock out kick. And about Cro Cop, he is a K1 fighter. many fighters fight in multiple leagues to pay the bills.
