I felt that way when I watched UFC 69. The Silva match was completely one sided, Cro Cop fought what I considered one of the worst fights of his career (understandably so but Sanchez was simply there as a Can for Mirko to kick around). The Rampage fight started off slow, and like Cro cop, he was just warming up. Being a debut for 2 of the biggest names in MMA, I guess its expected to see them transition their style and take it a little easier. they may have just been spoiled since UFC 68, feature some of the most exciting fights in recent memory. I just would like to comment on what cro cop said after the fight about Sanchez running away from him. Although Mirko won, he was running just like that against Alex Emelianenko. I was also disapointed he finished Sanchez off on the ground. I guess with the injuries he just wanted to end it, but I would have liked to see him ask Sanchez to stand back up and end it on his feet. And what was with the crowd? What was with the booing? They were rude, Jackson even made a comment. Shame on you Las Vegas! Im beginning to think Mirko has only 5 fights left in his career he jus doesnt sound very happy or excited, so if i was Dana i wouldnt give him any more than 1 more warmup match cuz id like to see him take out Slyvia, Orvlovski, Coture, and Herring b4 he goes and maybe just maybe Fedor on New Years Eve as his last match ever, just saying that gave me the chills. At first he didn't know what to say. I think he even felt bad. It's probably the same for Mirko. Pride was his home and it's never easy to leave home. The UFC offer was probably too much to resist even if he didn't want to leave. I think he will be fine and warm up to the fans once he gets settled in with one or two more fights.
