Looks like “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy” is fired up and ready for his rematch with current UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Chuck Liddell at UFC 66.
Here’s the latest from Big Bear:
It [training] has been going great. I’ve been putting in three workouts a day, six days a week, for nine weeks. It’s nice to be injury free. The last three and half year I’ve been fight with nagging injurys. Since the last Shamrock fight the injurys are all gone. My body is healed up and stronger then ever. My timing is great. My cardo is even better then ever. This fight mean the world to me. I will be fighting for my fans, for my family, and for the men and women that fight for our country(U.S.A.). We will all be enjoying the glory of being a world champ on December 30th.Let the Punishment Begin!! Thank you all for the support!!
-Tito
For what it’s worth, Tito has not been training — not without interruption anyway — for nine weeks straight. Less than two weeks ago, in fact, he was on a whirlwind New York City media tour (check out some of our recent posts here, here and here) with girlfriend Jenna Jameson.
And tomorrow, December 14, he is scheduled to present at the 4th Annual Premios Fox Sports Awards Show at the Jackie Gleason Theater of Performing Arts in Miami Beach.
That’s all good though, especially if he is as hungry, passionate and dedicated to reclaiming his world title as he sounds.
Actions will speak louder than words on December 30 inside the Octagon.
