Check out this recent article on the number one UFC welterweight contender Georges St. Pierre at Canada.com.
Here is a snip from St. Pierre on Hughes:
“He was very rude, he said a lot of bad things about me. But I don’t take it personal, I think he just tried to build up the show, build up the fight. When you talk too much, if you lose, you look stupid. He’s just going to get embarrassed when I beat him.”
We’ve also posted an opinion piece over at FightOpinion.com regarding the showdown between “Rush” and UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes at UFC 65: “Bad Intentions” this Saturday in Sacramento, California.
It’s a fight that we simply can’t wait too see.

I can’t wait to see this fight too. However, I have one question, with all the money Dana is making from the gate and pay-per-view, how can GSP only be making $40K for this fight ($80K when he wins)? It seems to me these fighters should be making much more. The guys on the undercard must really be starving.
